Our furniture is upholstered with 100% polyester microfiber fabric that resists stains, crushing, sagging, and fading. The fabric is exquisitely soft and has the look of real suede. You can customize your selections by choosing the color of your choice, cording in another color, and even covered buttons with a wide selection of styles.
*Microfiber fabric from our inventory is included in the price of the item.

Designer Fabrics
When you select a designer fabric for your furniture, an increase in cost will be added to your final price. For example, if you choose sofa GC-100-22 that takes 5 yards of fabric and choose Watermelon, $100.00 (5 times $20) will be added to the price. Fabrics in A, B, and C show the additional cost per yard:

There is an additional 10% charge on the item for COM.
*** No silk will be accepted by Greenbriar Designs for upholstery.
Railroading
The term “Railroading” refers to the way the fabric is laid out on the furniture in relation to the way it is manufactured. Patterns that run “up the roll” are non-railroaded, which is considered the standard application. The design, if any, runs from salvage to salvage.
If the design runs horizontally from one end of the roll to the other, the design might appear to be “on its side.” This fabric is considered railroaded and yardage requirements could vary from the chart above. Please contact Greenbriar Designs for assistance on railroaded fabrics.
Cutting instructions must be specified for each order. Please do not assume that the fabric application is obvious. It must be stated as “Railroaded” or “Up the Roll.” In the absence of specific instructions, Greenbriar Designs will not be held responsible for COM applications deemed unsatisfactory by the customer.
