- Your custom furniture will be delivered within four to six weeks of receipt of order. Your fabric selections are cut and upholstering of furniture begins promptly after checks have cleared the bank or credit card charges have been approved. No cancellations will be accepted after fabric has been cut. This cutting is usually done in 1-2 days.
- Privacy & Security
- Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared with other companies or individuals.
- Returns & Replacements
- If selection is unsatisfactory, we will issue you a refund upon our receipt of the returned item, provided you notify us within 7 days and ship the item back within 10 days.
- Ordering
- It is easy to order and pay for your product selections with the Shopping Cart checkout. If you need assistance in selecting colors, you may email or telephone us with your questions. You may order as a guest or by registering. Your registering will enable you to proceed through checkout faster on future orders.
