Shipping & Delivery
Your custom furniture will be delivered within four to six weeks of receipt of order. Your fabric selections are cut and upholstering of furniture begins promptly after checks have cleared the bank or credit card charges have been approved. No cancellations will be accepted after fabric has been cut. This cutting is usually done in 1-2 days.
Privacy & Security
Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared with other companies or individuals.
Returns & Replacements
If selection is unsatisfactory, we will issue you a refund upon our receipt of the returned item, provided you notify us within 7 days and ship the item back within 10 days.
Ordering
It is easy to order and pay for your product selections with the Shopping Cart checkout. If you need assistance in selecting colors, you may email or telephone us with your questions. You may order as a guest or by registering. Your registering will enable you to proceed through checkout faster on future orders.

We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, Visa, Discover, American Express, & Mastercard. At times, we offer special promotions.

When you have registered with Greenbriar Designs, you may log in to your account and make changes to your account information. If your shipping information changes between the time you place your order and the time it is shipped, it is important to notify us promptly.
